Rate limits and partial deletions

X may temporarily limit deletion requests. Version 10.18 counts only confirmed deletions, keeps unsuccessful posts selected, and lets you retry later. Waiting before retrying usually helps.

Older posts are missing

X may not return every historical post through the standard timeline. If you need a broader history, request your archive from X and keep the archive available while reviewing your account.

Purchases and coins

The app includes 20 deletions. Additional coin packs are optional and purchased through Apple. One coin is used only for each deletion the service confirms. For billing or refund requests, use Apple’s purchase-support flow.

Contact support

For account-specific help, open Settings → Message Us in the app. You can also contact @tweet_cleaner on X. Never include your password, authentication cookies, or Apple ID credentials in a support message.
