Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Tweet Cleaner for X processes information when you connect an X account and use the app.
Information we process
- X account credentials: authentication cookies or tokens needed to retrieve and delete the posts you select.
- Account details: X account ID, screen name, profile details, app coin balance, language, and notification token.
- Deletion activity: selected post IDs, batch status, counts, timestamps, and error status needed to operate and support deletion.
- Usage and diagnostics: app interactions and basic device information collected through Firebase Analytics to improve reliability.
- Purchases: Apple processes payment details. We receive transaction and product information needed to grant in-app coins.
How we use information
We use this information only to authenticate your account, display available posts, perform deletions you request, maintain your coin balance, deliver requested notifications, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and improve the app.
Service providers
We use X to access account content, Google Firebase for authentication, cloud functions, storage, notifications, and Firebase Analytics, and Apple for App Store purchases. Their processing is governed by their own policies.
Storage and security
Account and operational records may be stored in Firebase. We limit access to the services needed to run the app and use encrypted connections in transit. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Delete your data
Open the app, choose Settings → Message Us, and request account-data deletion. We will verify the request and remove app-held account records, stored X credentials, notification tokens, and deletion logs within 30 days, except information we must retain for legal or transaction-record obligations. You can revoke Tweet Cleaner access separately from your X account settings.
Children
Tweet Cleaner is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
